Registration Charge in Rajasthan:
As per Section 10 of the Act, the payment of stamp duty in Rajasthan is permissible through adhesive stamps, impressed stamps, and a franking machine. When considering the stamp duty adjustments for a property Sale Deed, the changes can be outlined as follows:

- If you paying stamp duty and registration charges in cash, you’ve to give cash handling charges – (Between Rs.100-200)
- CSI Charges –
- If Property Value is Under Rs.50,000 – Rs.200 (Fixed)
- If Property Value is Above Rs.50,000 – Rs. 300 (Fixed)
- The Registration amount has to be paid in cash or in DD or A/c Transfer. Apart from these charges Advocate fee is additional.

Registration Charge in Rajasthan:
- Male = The Stamp Duty is 6% of Transaction Value (Cost of Unit) and Registration Fee is 1% of Transaction Value (Cost of Unit). + 1.8% Surcharge
- Female = The Stamp Duty is 5.00% of Transaction Value (Cost of Unit) and Registration Charges is 1% of Transaction Value (Cost of Unit). + 1.5% Surcharge
- Disabled = The Stamp Duty is applicable as per disability percentage.
